Closing Cash is redeemed as a credit on your closing costs when you close on your mortgage with one of our lending partners. You can save up to 1% off the principal amount of the loan.

Once you close on your home with one of our real estate agent partners, you will receive your Homebuyer Bonus check in the mail a few weeks after you move in! The amount of your Homebuyer Bonus depends on the home price, and can range from $225 to $5,400. For example, the Homebuyer Bonus is $1,050 for a $250,000 house. These funds come out of the real estate agent’s commission and you can spend it on whatever you’d like.

Closing Cash and the Homebuyer Bonus are independent, so you don’t need to use both in order to earn rewards, but to maximize your savings (and connect with the best lenders and agents in the business while you’re at it) we suggest you do!
