The Homebuyer Bonus is not available in certain transactions with restricted agent commissions (including many new construction, For Sale by Owner, or For Sale by iBuyer transactions). Your agent can help you identify any transactions where the Homebuyer Bonus would not be available.
Customers with qualifying transactions will receive their Homebuyer Bonus via email within approximately 30 days of closing. From there, customers have the option to accept the payment digitally or request a paper check in the mail (unless indicated otherwise above).
