Consistently saving is key to staying on track to hit your house goal. A Saving Streak is when you make a deposit into your Gravy Savings account for multiple months in a row. Besides tracking your saving habits, we thought you deserve to earn rewards when making an effort to consistently save 🤑

With this new feature you’ll be able to:

  • Track the number of consecutive months you’ve saved (we call it your Saving Streak)

  • Earn rewards every time you save 3 months in a row

Step 1: Open a Gravy Savings account

Get started by opening a free Gravy Savings account, and link your go-to bank account via Plaid.

Step 2: Set up an automatic deposit

Next, set up an automatic deposit which includes choosing an amount and frequency (we recommend monthly or biweekly on payday). You can also make a one-time deposit each calendar month if you'd prefer.

Step 3: Watch your Saving Streak (and savings account balance) grow

You can track your monthly Saving Streak on the savings screen in the Gravy app. Each month you'll get closer to earning your next Saving Streak reward.

Step 4: Earn rewards every 3 months

Every 3 months of consecutive saving, you'll earn $50 in Gravy Rewards! After hitting a 3 month streak, you'll be eligible for more rewards 3 months later if you keep saving each month.

NOTE:

For existing Gravy members, deposits toward your first saving streak will backdate all the way to February 1, 2022. This means if you made a deposit in February, you started a 1 month streak. Since this is a new feature, deposits prior to February 1, 2022 will not be included in the streak. Happy saving!
