Am I required to get a mortgage with my sponsor?
No. Choosing a lender is a big decision - your decision. However, not all lenders redeem Gravy Rewards.
If my sponsor is a real estate agent, am I required to work with them?
No. Choosing an agent is a big decision - your decision. However, not all agents redeem Gravy Rewards.
If my sponsor is my property manager, do I change the way I pay rent?
Nope! Gravy integrates with your property manager's records and automatically verifies when your rent is paid.
What happens to my rewards if I move out?
You can earn extra Gravy Rewards for renewing your lease, but if you do move out, Gravy (and your rewards) move with you.
