How do I update my phone number?

Did your phone number change? Here is how to update it so you can access your Gravy account.

Your account security is our top priority. If you no longer have access to the original phone number you used to sign-up for Gravy, please send us the following information so we can update your account:

  1. First and last name

  2. Email address associated with your Gravy account

  3. Original phone number

  4. New phone number

  5. Reason for number change

  6. Date of birth

  7. Current zip code
